This is the second time that I used LORD and Smith Travel agency. They were very helpful arranging payment plans with my budget. They also sent me e-mails updating information concerning the cruise, even the weather — this made it easy to track communication and refer back. My husband and I cruised in November. It was great leaving the cold Mid-West for the Caribbean Islands. One of my favorite parts was taking a tour with a wonderful guide who told us about the history and culture. I would highly recommend the Smith sisters, LaTina and Bernadette, to anyone who wants to travel cost effectively, yet in style.
